YOUR INFORMATION, YOUR CHOICES
Privacy notice
Last updated: 8 October 2026
The Tulip Foundation is in the process of registering as a charity. We are responsible for the personal information you share through our launch updates form.
What we collect
We collect your name and email address, along with your agreement to receive launch updates, the date and time you sign up, and the version of this privacy notice. We do not ask for health information.
Why we collect it
We use your information only to contact you about The Tulip Foundation’s launch. Our lawful basis is your consent. Signing up is optional, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
How we protect your information
Form submissions are stored in a protected Lovable Cloud database in Ireland, within the European Union. Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Other website visitors cannot view your details. Access is restricted to authorised people managing the launch and our hosting provider where needed to operate the service.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as they are needed for launch communications, or until you withdraw consent. When this purpose ends, we will delete your details or ask for fresh consent before using them for a different purpose. We do not sell your information.
Your rights and deletion requests
To withdraw consent, ask us to delete your details, or request access to or correction of your information, email hello@tulipfoundation.org.uk from the address you used to sign up. You can also ask us to restrict processing or provide a portable copy where applicable. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew it.
Questions or concerns
Please contact us at hello@tulipfoundation.org.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).
